Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, England, Australia, Jamaica & France

What are your shipping costs?

We offer various methods of shipping. Free Shipping option is available for the United States for most items however, we do also charge International, Standard and Registered shipping fees optionally, and for some items. We also offer Express/Expedited shipping on certain items going to the USA, Canada and the UK via Fedex/DHL at a cost.

What method do you use for international shipping?

For the time being, most items are shipped free via International Registered Postage via the Post Office. Express shipping via FedEx/DHL is also available in a limited way to our international clients.

How long does it take for delivery?

Free Delivery varies by location from 2-4 weeks normally but for some places, delivery can take up to 6 weeks. FedEx/DHL express shipping takes between 3 and 7 days.

How do I order?

Order by clicking the link to the item and adding it to your cart or by making an immediate purchase. When you create an account, your orders can also be stored for future purchases. Orders can also be done manually with a PayPal invoice, via email or via our Whatsapp phone number for Jamaicans.

What are the payment methods accepted on the website?

When you place your order, you can pay with your Debit or Credit card, Bank Transfer, Western Union or with your PayPal account. PayPal will also process your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) orders even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Do I need to have an account to order?

No. You do not need to have an account to order. You can check out as a guest or order via email or our WhatsApp phone number.

How many accounts can I have?

You are only allowed to have one member account.

Is Account Membership Free?

Yes. Account membership is free however, we do offer a paid subscription for some categories of our products/programmes.

What are the benefits of having an account?

Account holders get free access to our newsletter, including free offers, gifts and promotions as well as free samples.

How do I get more information on the products and how to use them?

The description of the items will carry a detailed outline of the products, their ingredients, uses, directions and tips. From time to time, we will also send you information on particular products via our newsletter email or a brochure.

Can I get samples of the products?

Some products are available for sampling. We often offer free samples of our beauty and skin care products along with your purchase.
